TDM stands for THE DIFFERENCE MAKERS.

TDM has 3 entities:

  • The Difference Makers NPO, registered in 2012, is a Section 18A, and a Public Benefit Organization exempted from tax. TDM is a Level 1 B-BBEE EME (Exempted Micro Enterprise) with 135% Preferential Procurement Status.
  • The Difference Makers International is registered in 2011. TDM is a Level 2 B-BBEE EME (Exempted Micro Enterprise) with 125% Preferential Procurement Status.
  • The Difference Makers Institute is registered in 2021, and a Level 2 B-BBEE EME (Exempted Micro Enterprise) with 125% Preferential Procurement Status.

  • The TDM model incorporates a different approach towards Preferential Procurement and Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD).
